Congratulations :) there is prenatal yoga and they say you can usually continue with what your body is used to but you should Always ask your dr first. Im so sorry for your losses :(
What does your OB say? Consult with them, not us.
(I am not saying this to be rude. Your OB knows your history and condition better than strangers on a chat board.)
Definitely talk to your doctor but I would suggest prenatal yoga. Something along those lines.
I would wait till you are at least 5 to 6 months pregnant to work out. But your best bet is to talk to your doctor, he or she would be more qualified to answer this.
I got a DVD called What to Expect When You're Expecting: The Workout. Ten bucks at Walmart and it's pretty good.
