I thought I made a post on here before but I guess not.. so here it is big smile mini

So I was doin good with the walking,almost 2 miles. But then the heat wave came in and I stopped.

So then I started to walk again... but with the kids home is kinda hard to do my own thing!

And I decided that when they go back to school which is on the 26th I promise to you and myself I will get back on track!! I will post pics here and my facebook.... you can all add me if you like and so that way we can help each other and to motivate! I would so welcome all of you kiss mini Tonya Pietrzak

I will also post everything I have done as far as workouts and the challenges and with that cal. count.

Hope to get to know all of you very soon.

YES! This is my plan too, wake up and get my 14 y/o off to school and on the way home stop at our city park (which has a track around it) and put the 3 y/o twins in the stroller and walk. Thank you for posting Tonya, I needed some motivation and I'm so glad your here!
