I have two Zumba classes this week, two body sculpting classes and a spin class, in addition to about 40 minutes of cardio each of those days.
I am on my recovery week doing Insanity...so that is Monday-Saturday..plus daily 4-6 mile runs.
I may throw in an extra video here and there...we will see how I feel :)

I am starting T25 today! and it is a monday - friday workut
I'm going on my 3rd week of Body Beast as well as some scheduled runs this week!
I do two walk/jogs @ 2.2. miles each: one in the morning one in the evening. I also use 1.5 pound hand weights for those walks and just today noted my favorite capri's are headed to goodwill as sz 10 and I part paths and sz 8 gets comfortable.
I can't afford a gym but i did afford walking shoes; best investment I've made . Down from a 14 to 8.. still going.
This is Week 8 of DDP Yoga for us.Tonight we're doing Energy.Wednesday we do Fat Burner and Red Hot Core.Friday we do a new workout - Below the Belt.Saturday/Sunday we have the option of doing either Energy or Fat Burner again. We'll probably be doing Fat Burner Saturday night. We missed a workout this past week, so I'm tempted to do Energy Saturday night and Fat Burner Sunday night. We just keep getting thrown off our schedule and I'm feeling awful because of it. Gonna play it by ear. This Saturday is my hubby's and second daughter's birthday. Looking forward to it. :)
The planks were killers and I only did 20 Russian twists...
Tuesday: Zumba toning + yoga
Wednesday: Qiforze (strength class)
Thursday: 2 back to back yoga classes
Hopeing to do some dvd workouts fri-sun
I do Pilates, weights and yoga with pilatesandyogadownloads.com. Challenging classes. I really enjoy them. I also run a couple times a week.
