BMR pretty please!!

Hello, could someone do my BMR again for me. I have lost some pounds since the last one. Weight is 223, height is five four and half, 31 yrs, no breastfeeding and planning to worikout 3-5 days!

BMR: 1782

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1782*1.55=2762

To lose 1 lb per week 2762-500=2262

Your ideal calorie range is 1782-2262 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

I do have a question though, what If I wanted to loose 2 pounds per week? That puts me below my BMR so that is not good???

Correct. You would have to really increase your workout load considerably- 2-3 hours per day 6 days per week in order to stay above your BMR and lose 2 lbs per week.
