how often do you feel like this?

I could barely get through muy 30 minutes of cardio today. I wanted to stop so many times, but kept going. I felt sluggish :( Maybe it's because I only got 4hrs of sleep lol. Who knows.

Lack of sleep will definitely do that to you.

as long as you don't just quit- it's not failing!

 I'd call today a success.. no you didn't do 100% but you DID do it anyway even though you wanted to quit. You kept going. That doesn't sound like failure to me it sounds like persistance.

lack of sleep will definitely take away from your energy and motivation. don't beat yourself up over it, at least you did it.  that's a whole lot more than others who decided it wasn't even worth their energy to get up and work out. =)

yeah i have days like that too and lack of sleep def does not help. you did it all the same. tomorrow will be a better day again :)
