Yesterday was just a yoga and stretching day, and boy did I need it!!! I felt so much better afterwards. My body was hurting and did not want to workout. Every time I moved it was long and just to tough to do anything. So I got out my yoga mat and band and started stretching the hell out of my body. And what a relief!!! iyiyi.
So today I am going to do my jump roping along with my arm challenge and YES the friday challenge.
