What kind of workout do you have planned for the weekend? Or do you take weekends off?
I'm going to give the hip hop workout another chance and we are going hiking on Sat and Sun morning.
I still normally workout on weekends...but not as hard...dh gets on me for working out so much so I take it easy when he is home.
I am planning a jog tonight during ds's football practice...a run or Insanity tomorrow and possibly Insanity on Sunday.
planning to do a double zumba tomorrow (2 hours)
I am just going to ride my bike for 30 minutes Saturday and Sunday
On weekends I do an extra workout on my walking. I walk 3x intstead of two. That means the big nasty 1.1 mile grading from .5% - 4% extra but I always feel so good once I reach the top without stopping. I just put on my light blue capris' and discovered the pants not only fit but are loose. They were in my too snug but want to save drawer. Anyway. Extra hill on the weekends.
6 mile run this morning...not sure what I'll do tomorrow
