do you count calories at all?

you might want to ditch the flavored water for plain...

find work outs you like- youtube is a place you can try some different things at home :)

personally, I love zumba and pilates

There are lots of 10-20 min workouts that target certain areas. Like the above mentioned ch out youtube. Are you on Pinterest? There are great workouts on there as well. Hip Hop abs is great, you don't have to lay on floor.

If you want to lose the tummy, you need to - ditch the Dew, and the tea ( which I assume is the premade sweetened stuff that you can get out of the fountain at fast food places).

Belly fat is made in the kitchen. You cannot spot reduce fat, so you have to do these things: eat very cleanly ( NO processed foods at all, including those drinks above), cardio 4-5x per week at 45 minutes per workout, strength training 2-3x per week at 45-60 minutes each, and flexibility training 2-3x per week at 30-45 minutes each workout.

Cut out the Dew! Drink lots of H2o! You can flavor your water with lemons limes and berries! Eat clean. Cardio and weight lifting!!!
