Hi! My name is Deb I am 45 and have a son who is 21. I have lost 42 lbs. from just dieting eating small portions and staying away from sweets. I was taking a couple walks a day, but felt that wasn't enough exercise so I just joined a fitness center this past Thursday. I realize im out of shape and have alot of work to do, and hope to work with a personal trainer to figure out a program for myself. My weight loss goal is to lose 12 more pounds by the end of this year then I will be out of the "obese" cateogory for BMI. Hope to meet some moms on here to chat with and learn how they have lost weight and became fit.
