What are your workout/eating goals this week ladies?  It's the last week of August...can't believe September will be here so soon!

I am going on vacation, so mine is to keep the weight off while I am out of town!

Uh-oh...life is already throwing a wrench in that plan!! Henry just woke up and had a HUGE diarrhea. Like I'm talking huge. Usually my DD Lara babysits while Nick and I run on Sunday mornings...I can't ask her to deal with this. He'll most likely have more diarrhea so looks like I'm home this morning. Hoping to get my run in after Nick gets home :/

Hmmm...

Since I'm grounded until at least Wednesday, I'm just hoping to survive my long run next weekend which is scheduled to be a 7 miler since I had to skip my 6 miler this weekend. 

I just need to make the calories count this week which will be hard on Saturday. We are going to an all day Christian concert from 8 am until 11 pm..coolers are not allowed so that means "fair food" all day long. *sigh* Then, we are going to a Braves game either next Sunday or Labor Day, which means junk there too. Next, will be Heath's birthday a few days later which means his special birthday meal/ cookie cake. Ugh...

Well, I ran 21 miles this past week...going to try and increase that this week...we'll see!

Today - 3 miles

Monday - 4 miles

Tuesday - rest day

Wednesday - 5-6 miles

Thursday - 3-4 miles

Friday - 5-6 miles

Thanks Darby! He had about 5 bouts of it. Now he seems to be ok. Got my 12 miles in too :)
