when I started 2-3 times a week, but it sort of made me crazy- so I went to every 7-10 days or so... last time I waited 2 1/2 weeks and will be waiting until another 2 is up. I have been pretty much stuck (only down 2 lbs) for 2 months - so I sort of have this fear of getting on it and it not dropping now. *sigh*
I never weigh myself. The only time I get a weight is if I have to go to a doctor or something and even then I don't know what it is, they just write it in their chart. I'm not weight worrier.My weight goes up and down with the tides, amost so a few pounds here and there is not even an issue.
Rarely. I used to do it daily but then I got rid of my scale so I do it sometimes if I go to my moms or grandmas house. It is better that way I think.
I just started working out, I am weighing myself every day, once the first couple pounds come off I will start doing it once a week.
Everyday,it sort of keep me in check, if i go off plan for one day i know i will be sorry the next day,

I used to go by the numbers on a scale but I got so depressed and then I'd binge and back to feeling unattractive and fat; eat more, bored..eat again.. weigh.. what a cycle. So I threw out the scale. I have no idea what I weigh but i'm pretty comfortable in a size 8 now.
Too much! I am trying to cut down to 1x/week...are there support groups for scale addicts (I know the ninja has nothing to do with this post...I just love it and haven't been able to use it! LOL)
