I need my BMR done again, Please.
I'm 28, 5 ft 3in, 165 and exercising maybe once a week right now. Need to get back to it.

BMR: 1537

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1537*1.375=2113

To lose 1 lb per week: 2113-500=1613

Your ideal calorie range is 1537-1613 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
