Gotta do my Insanity...planning a run for this afternoon while my boys are playing at the skate park.

No run tonight though...it's back to school night for my oldest so we are heading there instead of their football practice.

Just did my 45 min on the eliptical.I gotta do my workout at night after everyone goes to bed and flip on something to watch on netflix!
