first month results with T25
Hello Ladies, I wasn't thinking of posting this here, but I'm incredibly excited and even more motivated than before. After 4 weeks of eating healthy and following the T25 workout plan, I am down 11.1 lbs and 12.25 inches =) YAY!
So after 2 years of having my little boy, I've finally lost the baby weight. Now it's time for me to lose the "I'm in love" weight I gained over the years my DH and I have been together lol!
