I went walking with my kids today. IM going to start walking 3 days out of the week. IM starting my new diet next month. We will be eating fruits and vegetables, breads, pasta, drinking alot of water everyday. That's our diet. I can't wait cause I want lose about 30 pounds. That's my goal to do.

IM still walking and eating less everyday. My kids is outside everyday playing with there friends.
