I am new here. My name is Stephaine. I am 25, with 2 kids (boys, 5y and 7y)
Last year I lost 50 pounds. I gave up and gained 25 back. But, in June I decided to walk away from the excuses and get on track and stay there.
I dropepd 25 pounds but I am stuck now. So far I have been watching my calories and adding exericing into my diet. Well, walking mainly. In august I had a goal to walk 100 miles and I exceeded that goal. I even took 4 hours on saturday and some friends and i walked 13.17 miles at once. it felt amazing!!
i want to lose 100 more pounds!
i am going to start weight watchers monday.
what is helping everyone else lose weight?
