Whether you're a brand new member or have been on the site for years, you are always welcome at  Weight Loss, Fitness & Health!:)

You'll find moms chatting by posting and replying on the group. Please make yourself at home and join in!

  • To add a New Post to a group, click on the "Add a Post" button at the top of the group.
  • To add a Reply to a post, click on the "Reply to Post' button at the top of the post you're replying to.
  • If you're responding to someone's reply, click on the "Quote" button at the bottom of the reply that you're commenting on and then add your reply.
  • Once you start posting and replying on the Groups, you can follow up on your conversations using the links under the 'My Activity' tab at the top of every page.

Don't think of it as a diet but a change for a better healthier life

Hi everyone, my name's Amy, and I'm brand new to this sight, I joined this group for helpful tips on getting baby weight off &keeping it off! Plus I'm kind of a fitness junkie! I've lost twenty pounds since I had my son 6 months ago, but since I usually ave him since my husband works I never really have time to go to the gym, does anyone have any helpful at home workout suggestions?

Hi, I'm Desi. I just turned 30 in October. I'm wanting to make some changes in my life: get healthier, lose 70-80 pounds. The workouts i've been trying are blogilates, Carmen Electra's workout series, walking, and other workout videos that interest me. My SD turns 18 in February, ttc my first :)

Newish to the group.  Just trying to get my weight/ body under control after letting other things take over  for a while, (quitting smoking-depression-career goals) to put some beans out there .  My ultimate goal is to loose most of the "jiggle" to my body, not sure what weight that would put me at :-)
