I'm going to walk to Women of Grace at one of the 2 Catholic churches in the city as I do every week plus I am planning to do zumba with my Wii.

Just lots of walking today, no time to workout tonight when Josh gets home because I have plans. But I plan on getting at least 15k steps in today during the day.

Planning to do 1 mile on the elliptical again tonight. If I do not do that then I will go walking with a friend. That will be at least 2 miles.

Got in a 6.06 mile run this morning in 55 minutes! Feeling good!!!

I walked 1/2 a mile this morning. It was my first attempt since having my baby 4 weeks ago after a month and a half of bed rest. I'm not going to lie...it was painful but I felt soooo good afterwards.

Mommy to Mia 6, Dason 4, Angel Baby who left for heaven 1-6-11, Raegan 1 and Gabriel born August 2013.
