Hello everyone. Thanks for taking time to read my post. I am a mother of three wonderful kids. And thru out the years I gained so much weight. I have tried all kinds of diets and nothing. But for the last week. I have dropped three pounds from playing tennis twice a day six days a week with cutting back on fatty foods. Me and my sister is doing this together it is to help her more so than me. We have went from just us to a lot more women joining. With this being said is there any other foods,smoothies we can try to keep us in shape.
