HI. New to the group and Cafe Mom

Hello.  I am new, 42 year old wife and mother with two kids.  I do enjoy going to the gym and trying to live a healthy livestyle.  Any help/tips to reach that goal would be awesome.

Thanks so much, will check out your tips, right now I am doing a high protein diet, with a lot of water consumption, gym 3 times a week and the days I am not at the gym I walk about a mile.  Slowly but surely seeing progress, which is most excellent!!  I appreciate the tips!
