well, I happen to love my zumba studio- so I don't usually need much motivation to go there
* as for working out at home though...I just know I need to and some weeks I'm better with it than others!
I put my music on first thing and it instantly wakes me up and gets me going! Makes getting on the treadmill that much easier!

My son is my biggest motivation.
Scheduling workouts into my day. Doing workouts I ENJOY. If a workout SUCKS, I won't do it. But if I get to go trail running, I will do everything in my power to make it happen! I get excited to go! I'm also more likely to do a strength workout if I can do it outside, so I'll do that.
The more of a routine I have, the better.
Oh, and this:
