motivators?

I have done calendars, group check in, classes and found my biggest motivator is to put my sports bra on first thing in the morning. What works for everyone else?

well, I happen to love my zumba studio- so I don't usually need much motivation to go there

* as for working out at home though...I just know I need to and some weeks I'm better with it than others!

I put my music on first thing and it instantly wakes me up and gets me going! Makes getting on the treadmill that much easier!

I used to love my zumba class but it was a little far and got out of our budget after our son came. Wii just doesn't fill the gap as well.

I never thought about starting music early that's a good idea.

Scheduling workouts into my day.  Doing workouts I ENJOY.  If a workout SUCKS, I won't do it.  But if I get to go trail running, I will do everything in my power to make it happen!  I get excited to go!  I'm also more likely to do a strength workout if I can do it outside, so I'll do that.

The more of a routine I have, the better.

Oh, and this:

I never want to see that first girl again.

These are awesome. The videos were neat to watch. I'm trying to get in shape for my son and myself also but the days when working out just seems difficult are hard. Suzanne you look amazing! That is a great accomplishment!
