6 mile trail run & 140 pushups.  I stopped at every picnic table/bench to do 20 pushups along the way.

Wow that sounds like quite the workout :)
I went for a 9 mile trail run with our running group :)

How'd you like it?  It was a challenge for me, getting the blood to my arms after running, then going back to running!  =)  Part of why I love doing it!

My upper body is mega weak so it was harder than I thought!

Probably a walk and some basketball at my mom's :) Currently, the most exercising I'm doing is jumping up and down while watching the Lions game, LOL!
