Any workouts today?

I try to walk 3-4 miles every day but I have been really struggling with that since I got sick two week ago. I had set a goal to get back to it today....then I got my period. :-/

It's my stretch and strength day but its also a pretty busy day for us. I'm gonna try to squeeze in a quick bodyweight workout at home later.

Well.since my Gym is closed this whole week for remodeling.. ugh. I need to figure something out. Guess some strength what I can do with zero weights and pushing double stroller around this Man made pond at the park. Come on sat hurry up I need my Gym back. I suck at these at home workouts

Training for a 5k. Want to run one on Thanksgiving Day. I started running at the end of May, but about a month ago I got an ingrown toenail and have been recovering ever since (it kept me from running). Anyway, I'm gonna run/walk for 30 minutes tonight.

I will be doing a HIIT workout... Tonight will be legs at the gym. Pull-ups, core and yoga everyday.

I will post a link to the HIIT workout I do today and will post a copy of today's legs routine on my journal. If you clink on my journal I wrote out most of the basics of what I do recently.
