What do you drink?

So I'm trying to stop drinking so much soda and switch to something healthier. What do you drink?

 I dont like drinking regular water has it has no taste at all so is flavored water ok? They say fat milk is bad because of the sugar and calories so Im trying to switch that too. I bought some almond milk today havent tried it yet though.

Any other suggestions?

I drink coffee in the morning and water all day.

Water and usual one glass of whole milk per day. Try a little lemon or whole fruit in your water instead of processed additives.

Also watch almond milk. The sweetened ones have a ton of sugar

Stay away from anything carbonated.  I drink water and green tea...

Water, just water. Occasionally a cup of coffe, and a glass of almond milk, but thats few and far between. Usually just water. I fill my 32 oz bottle 3-4 times a day.

Oh, I do like tea. I usually get that when I go out. Unsweetned iced tea.

Try cantaloup in your water.  I know, sounds weird, but it's so good.

We have a soda stream. I carbonate the water and then add fruit and veggies to the water to flavor it. I do this to plan water too. I just carbonate the water when I have the urge for a soda

I drink a cup of coffee in the morning and stick to water usually.  I sometimes do flavored water and if I want the carbonation of soda, I do seltzer with a splash of fruit juice.

Just water. You will get uses to the taste. Ice cold water is so refreshing. Your just uses to all the sugar in soda. Id rather save my calories for food and not Waste it on drinks. Ya know. Occasionally I have some juice once in a great while I will have a soda. But mostly water and unsweet tea.

 Have you tried fruit infused flavored water?  I like to cut up fruits (strawberries, blueberry's, mango's ect) and add it to a pitcher (or water bottle) of water with lots of ice and drink that throughout the day. :)
