So I'm trying to stop drinking so much soda and switch to something healthier. What do you drink?
I dont like drinking regular water has it has no taste at all so is flavored water ok? They say fat milk is bad because of the sugar and calories so Im trying to switch that too. I bought some almond milk today havent tried it yet though.
Any other suggestions?
