30 min on elliptical, 20 "girl" push-ups (which is really good for me I was proud of that!!) And a few other body weight exercises and some stretching--total of about an hour workout

I just started walkin my neighborhood after I get dd1 off to school and then dd2 naps during our walk and a little when we get home

Today is my strength day. So yes.. later after I take my oldest to preschool I will get on it. LOL.

Wednesday is gym day!!!  I love gym day!!!  Completed about 30-45 min of resistance trainging and then 20 min or so on treadmill!!  Feeling Awesome!!!  Have a great day everyone!!!

Crossfit tonight

25 min AMRAP

1000m buy in...then

2 Russian kettle bell swings
4 box jumps
8 slam balls
200m run


And I'll probably run to and from crossfit (2.5 miles total)

T25 Beta Core cardio, vacuum the house mopped the floors cleaned the bathrooms and about to wash the walls +1 minute 50sec wall sit

I finally dragged my butt off the couch and went to the gym this morning to FINALLY start lifting weights. I did 20 min on the stationary bike and then 25 minutes "heavy" lifting (which apparently..my "heavy" lifting is 10lbs.. lol)

Later tonight I will go to zumba.
