I ran 2 miles this morning and did some core excersise. Its all I had time for today so far.... I will run again a little later and then continue with lower body.

Did 7 rounds in the wod tonight...loved it!! And ran to and from crossfit. Overall ran 4 miles between crossfit and running to and from there, plus the KBS, box jumps and slam balls. It was a great night!

I walked a mile this morning on the treadmill, begrudgingly. 

Did an hour of strength training at the gym after work, then ran 3.3 miles after DH went to work! Very glad I did!

Walk for an hr and half 75 squats and 45 crunches and how ever many sit ups I can do lol
