in need of help! about calories

i am a mother of 6 had a csection almost 5 months ago (27th) and im 300 lbs maybe a few more i have not checked for a while and i wanted to know how many calories i should be eatting aday?  ive started doing the 30 min shred and im pretty sore but it is well worth it! but i want to make sure that im not eatting to much . any help is welcome! thanks you

I need your age, height, weight and the number of days per week you workout. I also need to know if you are breastfeeding or not.

go here it is a free calorie calculator.  Enter weight, age, ect... And it will give you what you should eat to loose weight.

BMR: 2138

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2138*1.55=3313

To lose 1 lb per week: 3313-500=2813

Your ideal calorie range is 2138-2813 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
