How many days a week do you go to the gym or Work out?

I usually do 3 days a week at the gym and work out for 1-1/2 hours per visit.  On my inbetween days I usually walk about a mile around the neighborhood.

What about some of you?

I run 3 miles on my treadmill and then walk 1 mile. I do this 3 times a week. I try and go to the gym twice a week if I have extra time and do one of their classes.

I go to the zumba studio 5-6 days a week and do between 1 and 3 classes a day (3 is rare- but I do it here and there, I do doubles at least twice a week- some are broken up *one morning, one night and Saturdays are always both morning classes one right after the other)

I also do pilates type stuff/ and or weights at home once or twice a week and belly dance Dvd's here and there

5 days.

i do 4 water aerobics 1 hour classes and then on a night I don't do that I work on machines for a hour

5-6 days a week, with 6-7 trips to the gym a week.

I work out 6 days a week... I try to run in the mornings or cardio at the gym... Then the gym at night

Usually 5-6 but right now while I'm marathon training I need more rest days so 4...5 tops!

The last 3 weeks have not been normal for me because my gym was undergoing rennovations and my yoga studio took vacation so there were no classes.

However, on a NORMAL week I will go 3x a week to lift weights in the mornings (no more than 40 min tops) and then 5-6 times a week I will either take a 1 hour zumba or yoga class. 2 of those days I might take back to back yoga classes when I can fit it in.

I workout 5-6 days a week... At home lifting or outside during my runs.

I do P90X2 and P90X 5 times a week.
