How many days a week do you go to the gym or Work out?

I usually do 3 days a week at the gym and work out for 1-1/2 hours per visit.  On my inbetween days I usually walk about a mile around the neighborhood.

What about some of you?

This week I am at 5 days (3 running, 2 strength.)  Other weeks I am only in 1-2 times.  Totally depends on my life.

Hi It's Christy. I usually exercise  every day.  Or when I have time. I have 4 kids so sometimes it's hard.

 Right now I am doing the Slim in 6 dvds, so that is 7 days a week.  The gym was 4 or 5 days a week for an hour each day.

I try to get to the gym 4 or so days a week. I also try to work out on my off days at home a little bit.

I workout 5-6 days/week.  I take at least one rest day...at minimum...but usually 2 rest days as I run A LOT!  I've logged 41.5 miles in the last week.  The week before I logged 32.5 miles...so that's 74 miles in the last 2 weeks.  I need those rest days...if I don't take them, my body suffers and I'm more prone to injury.

I aim for 1 hr a day, 5 days a week at the gym.

Boot Camp twice a week and I go to tge gym twice a week.
