Help I need it!!!!

So I was doing great on my weight loss journey was 251 down to 200. Then alot of personal things started going on one uncle was a cop was killed and 2 weeks later another uncle that was like my dad found out he didnt have long to live he had cancer nothing they could do. Well Im a emotional eater so i gained 20 lbs back,. Im not motivated since gaining the 20 back. Im trying to get in the right mind again getting tired and sick all the time. And I went through alot of family drama inbetween the two deaths and after i cut off my whole family they are toxic. Now i need to concentrate on me. How can I get motivated to hit gym and eat right again. Whats another app besides fitness pal I hated it. I dont wanna do ww i did it Any advice and support I would appericate it No bashing please
