Soreness... Keep pushing or take a break??

So I am new to exercising. I have a very sedentary lifestyle. I exercised yesterday for 30 minutes and was very sore today but decided to push myself and did 2 30 minute workouts.

My arms and legs are very sore. Do I workout again tomorrow or do I take a rest day and start again on Sunday??

just starting out...if you are really sore. It wouldn't hurt to do 2 days on 1 day off. Great job for pushing through, but you do not want to hurt yourself.

Yea I think that's what I'll do as a workout plan. 2 days on 1 day off and exercise for 30 minutes to an hour and gradually increase it.
