Staying active during pregnancy

I have been a very active person my entire life. When I found out I was pregnant, I decided to explore new activities. I'm still running and doing at-home workouts but found a great prenatal yoga class and a Dancing for Birth class. Love both! Is anyone else doing fun new exercises?

I had my LO in August but walking and swimming were my main activities until I was put on bed rest. Good for you for staying active while pregnant!!

With my third son I did water aerobics the whole time. Up until about 2 weeks before he was born. DH thought it might make me go into labor early. Lol

Water aerobics sounds fun! Maybe I'll look into that as an option too!

That's awesome! I didn't run yet when I was pregnant with DS, but I did walk through my pregnancy, I weight trained and swam, and I managed to stay on my road bike until 34 weeks (what a sight I must've been in a chamois at that point! LOL). If I get pregnant again, I want to run, bike, swim and lift for as long as possible.
