What are your plans this week for workouts? How did you do last week? Anything to change for this week?
I logged 41.5 miles this last week and 32.5 miles the week before, so that's a good increase for me! This week I won't be logged as many since we are going on vacation on Thursday and not returning until the following Tuesday. I will do my best though.
Sunday - 3-5 miles on the treadmill
Monday - 3-4 miles on the treadmill & possible 6-7 mile trail run in the afternoon
Tuesday - 6-7 mile trail run
Wednesday - 6-7 mile trail run
I won't be running at all from Thursday - Tuesday as we will be driving and on vacation...no time or opportunity to run or workout but I will need the rest:)
My goal is get to the gym every weekday, do 11 minutes on the treadmill, 11 minutes on the recumbant bike, and a 30-minute circuit.
I need to get back on top of my water, and to increase my cardio this week!
