Hey girls...here are some 'pills" we actually like to hear about.
What vitamins do you take?
I used to buy myself some and the kids some. Then money got tight once so I took theirs. Lol I'm frugal like that.
Any who...I never replaced mine...just kept taking theirs. At the right amount for me of course.

I don't take any. Following the nutrient dense paleo/primal guidelines is more than sufficient.

We take a vit d in the winter. My doc kept pushing a prenatal since I'm nursing but they ran bloodwork and I was perfect in all levels so I'm sticking to eating clean.

I take vit D every week as prescribed by my doctor.
I'm thinking about also taking vit B12 since that can only be found in animal foods. Since I've gone vegan and stopped eating meat and dairy, I think I need a supplement. There is some in my almond milk, though.

B12 is awesome! I have taken it a few times. Pregnancy, child birth and nursing can severely deplete b12 and it can be that way for a very long time.
I went Vegan for a short time after my last baby due to some health issues I was having. I just remember being so tires...until a friend recommended b12. Big difference!
