You've lost weight every single week.. What?
Thats right I have lost every single damn week since I've started! I started at 255lbs the last week of May now I'm at 229! :D I stregnth train tuesdays and thursdays and I try to run my mile every friday and sunday. When I started running 6 weeks ago I could bearly stay under 17:00 minutes for my mile. I just clocked in Sunday at a 14:32 mile! Wooh!
