 Wondering if I can get some assistance with my BMR.  5'9, 214lbs, breastfeeding.  Not working out right now since I've not been cleared by the doctor (5 weeks pp, som getting clearance next week).  I think that's the info you need, let me know if I forgot something.

BMR: 1714+500(BFing)=2214

Maintenance while sedentary: 2214*1.2=2656

It is not recommended for you to cut calories as you are not working out right now. 

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 2214*1.375=3044

To lose 1 lb per week: 3044-500=2544

Your ideal calorie range while BFing and working out 1-3 days per week is 2214-2544 cals per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2144*1.55=3323

To lose 1 lb per week: 3323-500=2823

Your ideal calorie range while BFing and working out 3-5 days pe week is 2144-2823 cals per day to lose 1 lb per week.
