3-4 times a month maybe...but my husband just went to live in Utah- so no more going out to breakfast with his friends every other Sunday...woo (I like them- but that b-fast is KILLER on calories)
I'm gonna go for only 1 or 2 a month now
*I allow for things like cookies or ice cream or whatnot pretty much every day though- it keeps me happy to have a little treat
Almost everyday - I'll have ice cream or cookies, but make sure it's 1serving. I don't do well if I completely deprive myslef of a treat.

I usually allow myself one treat a day. It helps balance it all out for me because I DO eat healthy the whole day.
Now that I am on "maintenance" mode for my weight loss, I am not as stringent on calorie tracking. I used to track calories 7 days a week - I still track calories 5 days a week, but take 2 days off from tracking - typically either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday. I don't really consider those "cheat days" because I still eat WAY healthier on those days then I used to eat on a regular basis. It is amazing what a little awareness can do!
I used to eat healthy throughout the week and cheat all weekend but I wasn't getting anywhere like that. Now I have one cheat meal on the weekend. And it has made a huge difference.
