After I had my daughter almost 2 years ago I went on a raw food diet to loose the baby weight. It worked better than magic and the weight fell off BUT I was hungry and had to eat ALL the time and having a new baby I didn't have the time to eat as much as I needed to in order to stick with it.
Now after giving birth to my 3rd son and putting on 60 pounds during my pregnancy I'm ready for the weight to "fall off" so I'm going to a mostly raw food diet. I say mostly because I'm nursing and I need some cooked food in my life, but I'm keeping it to healthy stuff like boiled eggs, chicken, fish and stuff like that...plus I'm only going to eat cooked food with one meal a day.
