Hey ladies I have a question. How do you all log your workout DVDs to mfp? I do the 30 day shred and Im not sure what to list the workout as. How do you long insanity, turbo fire, p90x. I have a belly dance DVD and I just log it under belly dance.

Can you log it onto Team BeachBody? Does it give you caloreis burned on there?
