I like to think I eat an okay diet. I recently cut out soda and I am working on becoming more of a tea drinker over coffee ( which I was, until I met my dh who is a coffee person. Long story short, I like junk to mask the acidity of coffee), almost a week later, I am either not drinking coffee or put much less junk in it. I find less of a craving for chips, cookies and other processed cookies and such. I have always enjoyed fresh fruits and veggies and will always eat those.
I am finding it hard to want to walk at night. I have no walking buddy and no neighbors I would trust to walk with me. I have music but that isn't always the same. It is a nice distraction to keep my mind off the whole I am walking alone thing. I also take my dog, but she doesn't make good conversation.
So, to find motivation to walk alone... Anyone do that? I use our stationary bike and I have the free daily workouts on my Kindle. Any other good ideas for the Kindle?
