So I tried working out this morning but.....
It didn't work out very well :(
Idk if I'm doing something wrong or what but I did some crunches and leg excercises. The leg ones were great. It's the crunches that didn't really work too well. First, I was having trouble doing them. TMI but my boobs kept getting in the way LOL. But more serious, after I was done, I got dizzy and felt kinda sick. And I have felt that way all day.
Maybe I should just stick to walking and riding my bike. Along with the leg excercises cause I liked those. I just want a flatter stomach. I look 6-7 months pregnant and I'm not :(
