Need tips for building upper body strength

Help! I have Olive Oyl arms! I want to focus less on my thighs and bum, and more on my arms. Can I build upper body strength and pump up my biceps and triceps with resistance bands, push ups and planks, or do I need to actually be lifting weights?

Push-ups, pull-ups, tricep dips, those are all amazing upper body workouts. Bench presses are good, too. Body weight exercises are great but if you want amazing arms I suggest adding weights when you're ready.

I've been doing some YouTube kettle bell workouts and they are a-maz-ing! Definitely feeling them today!!
