do you make your own goals, or is it goals they have that you can go for? If you can set your own- might be a good thing, if not...I dunno
I'm not a big fan of contest type weight loss - I think it can make people do some pretty unhealthy things to reach a goal and "win" * the people at hubbys work would get crazy every year

Never heard of it sounds interesting though. Google here I come lol
I am sure that works well to motivate some people and as long as they are doing it the healthy way, it can be good. You have to keep your focus on being healthier not the money.
So I just googled it and while it seems like a good idea, I can see where it has its pros and cons. Some people put a lot of money on the line and will stop at nothing to make sure they win it back plus more. I wouldn't do it but if you want to, more power to you :)
