How to lose weight without all the "extras"?
Can you lose weight on your own with no help? I see many post where someone is doing this DVD or that one and some people (*ME*) can't afford that so I'm wondering if it's possible to lose weight on your own with just eating right and exercise?
Also, I know a lot of people swear by protein powder, protein shakes, whey powder, etc.? Is all of that neccessary? I'm looking online for simple meal planners that will allow me to eat cleaner and healthier without breaking the bank. Any advice on meal planner websites??
