I finally have a clean bill of health!! Yay!!

So, it's back to working out I go. I will be doing c25k 3 days a week, going to the gym the other days and possibly 30ds too. I've already got my menu planned for the next 2 weeks, filled with good healthy foods. I'm excited to get started!!

Well I've got my half on the 12th so training until then. I'm not sure after that...I'll definitely cut down on my mileage a bit but otherwise I probably won't change much.

get more weights/ pilates/ yoga/ belly dance stuff back  in my life.

* the zumba studio cut the pilates and piyo classes at the one I live by- so I'd have to drive 45 min to the new one if I want to go...ugh  AND when hubby moved a few weeks ago- he took his Xbox- so I need to get a blue ray or something this weekend (after we get his relo money)  so I can play dvd's again

I want to lose 1 inch of my waist =) and get leaner...

Keep eating healthy

and jogging with my kids in the mornings!

HMM....
To start and stick to the new walking program. I'm doing pretty good with mileage, so just need to stick with the what the program says. Also planning to add in strength on the rest days.
Stay on track with cals.
Get the water in take up and keep it there.
Lose 8lbs...but would be happy with 6. Closing in on goal and hoping to be really close by Christmas.

I am hoping to drop 10 pounds this month! I think I can do it! My plan is to increase my cardio sessions.

To be 146 by the end of October. That's a pound loss each week. Continue making new clean meals each day to expand my household meal schedule. To go to the gym at least four days each week : monday, tuesday, thursday, friday. :)

Cardio seven days! and strength at least two , hopefully to be down 10 IBS!! anyone want to be accountability buddies! im on MFP

Goal to loose 4-5 pounds
3 days cardio
2 days yoga or Pilates
Walk everyday 30 to an hour
