Should I get walkers or runners??
Just recently my feet have started to hurt during longer walks and or higher impactimpact activity. When I originally bought them I was 215lbs..so um yeah...I have more than worn them out.
My weight loss buddy has been kindly reminding me to replace them recently. On our long walk yesterday she finally said I must replace them.
I do a lot of walking and elliptical training..and some running(not a lot).
So my question. Should I get walkers or runners?
