Any workouts today?
Rest day for me:)
Did 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning. And I'll walk 2 miles at lunch. That's my standard.
On top of the usual, I'm finishing up a 30 day challenge a group of friends and I have set up. We're in the last week! So I have crunches and squats and jumping jacks to wrap up today!
6.22 miles this morning.
I'm starting an October challenge too so when I get home I'll do 5 sets of 7 exercises for 1 minute each.
Finished week 8 of c25k and I also did Insanity
1/2 hour of kick boxing
I did P90X Stretch today, so it was more of a recovery day than a workout. My back and shoulders felt tight. After the hour stretch I felt relaxed so I'm glad I opted for stretching instead today.
I only made it 30 minutes today on the treadmill, the music wasn't too inspiring! Too many slow songs! I may have to go back to the ole I pod!
