new to the group

Hi im new to this group well actually this is the only group i have joined, i have been on cm for 2yrs+ but i would hardly use it but now i get on every day, I joined this group because I want to lose at least 70 lbs but I really dont know where to start, I look like a chicken without a head lol LOST I feel very lost when it comes to my weight problem. Please I need alot of advice and motivation.

i dont eat out often i cook at home but lack of exercise :/ i drink enough water but not plenty.

What kind of foods do you cook? Try replacing a sweet with a piece of fruit or cut up veggies. Make sure you get enough protein. About exercise, try doing something for 10 minutes per day, like walking or dancing. Once you get used to it, exercise for 30 minutes.

like mexican food, baked food and im eating more veggies now......ill try idk maybe some dancing or a lil zumba cuz idk what other type of exercise i can do.
