How many rest days do you take each week?
I typically take at least one rest day if not 2 per week...just depends on how much I've run and what we're doing that week.
One full day off.., that is all. I am upping my cardio so that one day shall be very important.

I'd say about 2 per week. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
