How many rest days do you take each week?

I typically take at least one rest day if not 2 per week...just depends on how much I've run and what we're doing that week.

Friday and Sunday are my rest days.

I haven't really thought about it up until recently.
The program I'm starting gives me Tuesday and Thursday off but I'm probably going to add in strength on those days.

Lately more then I want but my energy level with this pregnancy is so hit or miss but normally sat and Sundays are my rest days

One full day off.., that is all. I am upping my cardio so that one day shall be very important.

I'd say about 2 per week.  Sometimes more, sometimes less.
