Rest day because I'm sick and I can barely move after my circuit class yesterday. Ouch!

Played 2 yesterday and 1 today.

Two sessions of cardio to do and lifting. Did a slow run with a weighted vest and my son in the jogging stroller... And lifted with my husband. But tonight will be my focused training.
